Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We typically ship out same or next day, and it takes 3-5 days in transit.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number through an order update. All orders can be tracked directly on the shipping carriers website.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we use secure third-party payment processing solutions and never have access, or save your credit card information. The third-party service may save your information with your permission and in regulatory compliance.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes you will be charged sales tax based on your delivery address

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship within USA

Will my items come in one package?

We typically ship all items of an order together. Occasionally due to dynamic stock levels we may ship items from multiple warehouses in multiple packages.
